What's special about the Wipepod™?
It's tough and stylish, with Microban technology built into the pod when it's made, so it becomes part of both the inside and the surface. Microban's anti-microbial then works as a cell penetrant, disrupting key cell functions, so that micro-organisms can't grow or reproduce in or on the pod.

Can the pod be wall-mounted?
Yes. It comes with a wall mounting bracket and screws.

How many wipes are in the pod?
It holds up to 500 wipes.

Do the wipes stay moist?
Yes. We guarantee every wipe will be moist, right down to the last one.

Is the pod lockable?
Yes. It has a unique keyless locking system.

Can we brand the Wipepod™ with our corporate identity?
Yes. You can brand the pod with your corporate id, logo, message or anything you like. Just give us your artwork and we'll do the labels. If you buy enough of them, you can even have it in your corporate colours.

What's the difference between Germstar® and gel-based sanitisers?
Gel-based sanitisers are common, off-the-shelf products with a thick consistency. By contrast, Germstar® is a premium-quality, hospital-grade solution, which feels like water. So it gives a superior rinse, penetrates the skin and coats its surface without leaving any unpleasant sticky reside.

What are Germstar® solutions' active ingredient?
For Original Germstar® it's Isopropyl alcohol. For both Germstar® Citrus and Noro solutions, it's Ethyl alcohol which is derived from Ethanol, a renewable bio-based resource, with less petroleum carbon content, which helps to reduce oil dependency.

Can the alcohol in the solutions cause an allergic reaction?
No. It's entirely non-allergenic.

What viruses and bacteria do Germstar® solutions kill?
It's quite a long list. Among them are MRSA, E-coli, Salmonella, Pseudomonas, Staph, HIV, Hepatitis A&C, Norwalk virus, SARS, Noro virus and all common cold and flu-causing bacteria and viruses.

Will the alcohol dry the skin?
In the case of many of our competitors' products – yes! But the great thing about Germstar® solutions is that their 100% natural emollients not only re-moisturise the skin, they make the hands even smoother with every use.

How much solution does each bag hold?
Approximately one litre. This will do 1,400 handwashes when the dose is set at 0.7ml.

How is the Germstar® dispenser powered?
It takes four D-type alkaline batteries. These usually last about two years or for up to 50,000 washes. Or we can set it up to be hardwired if you want.

Is a specific amount delivered each time?
Yes. The dispenser's preset at the factory to give a 1ml dose – that's enough to coat an average adult hand. You can adjust it manually from 0.7ml to 6 ml.

Is the solution safe and affective for children?
Yes. Most children learn quickly when shown how to clean their hands properly. Like all alcohol-based products, it should only be used by children old enough to learn proper use and not get solution in their mouth.
